I have not been able to log into my… I have not been able to log into my account for over a week and no one at ITrustCapital seems to think it’s a priority to resolve no matter how many times I call them.

I requested a distribution on 6-29-22… I requested a distribution on 6-29-22 for the 3rd time. They kept requesting the same information over and over and when I called I always got a different person with a promise to call or email me which never happened. As of today I have not received my distribution. This is completely unacceptable especially now that no one answers the phone and you can't log in. Nothing adds up and there is no transparency or honesty.

Untrustworthy and possibly default Untrustworthy and unreliable. I would go elsewhere!! The initial transfer I had issues where they didn’t give me the right address for a couple hundred thousand rollover. After a half dozen calls in a month someone escalated it finally and confirmed they gave me the wrong address to send the money! I had a check for that amount floating around!! Great concept, wish for more transparency. It is wonderful to have a place where you can benefit from the gains on cryptocurrency for retirement. I moved some of my retirement to iCapital so I could purchase Bitcoin, Eth, and some other popular coins. The move was mostly seemless, with a couple of minor things. Very little communication once the money was sent, it took more than a week to see the money in the account and only after I emailed.
