Super Simple It was easy to schedule a phone appointment and the platform is super simple to use. I also love the added limit buy/sell function as well as the lower $500 deposits. In my opinion, it is the safest way to store your crypto for "future you", especially if you do not own a Ledger Nano (which I use). The biggest plus is with my Roth IRA I never pay taxes on any of my gains! Makes me a happy girl!

There are a lot of great things to say… There are a lot of great things to say about iTrustCapital including the ability to invest in crypto within an IRA, especially a Roth to save on those nasty taxes. In addition, there are low trading fees, referral bonuses and customer service has been great. I also like the addition of stop/loss but haven't had a chance to utilize. They lost my checks and when I emailed… They lost my checks and when I emailed them about it, they ghosted me. It took me over a month just to get someone to respond. They only responded because I reached out to them on Twitter on three separate occasions. They responded by admitting they had poor customer service and handled the situation unprofessionally. I would recommend this place to anyone.
