Your Rollover Process SUCKS!!! First, the rollover process was absolutely horrible. My check was mailed to you and received on a Wednesday morning, you said it would be processed after a 3day hold or something. well by Friday it still had not even been processed and the 3-day timer did not start. I didn't have access to my money for almost two weeks after you received it. Nothing Compares to Crypto No monthly fees with only 1% for trades, I like it. Every year hopefully I can put in the max amount because I believe crypto will outperform anything in the future even equities.

4 out of 5 stars...still need staking rewards 4 out of 5 stars only for the fact that staking is not available. I have been told (awhile ago) that this feature would be available. Still waiting but once that feature is added I would give a 10 star review out of a 5 star choice. Having your investment grow and support blockchain protocols is extremely important for the success of the protocol. Super Simple It was easy to schedule a phone appointment and the platform is super simple to use. I also love the added limit buy/sell function as well as the lower $500 deposits. In my opinion, it is the safest way to store your crypto for "future you", especially if you do not own a Ledger Nano (which I use). The biggest plus is with my Roth IRA I never pay taxes on any of my gains! Makes me a happy girl!
