They stole 10% of entire life savings in fees on one transaction! I trust Capital took 10% of my life savings in fees on one transaction! This is unbelievable robbery! I cannot believe this is possible or legal. Warning do not use this service! And now I can't sell the asset and move my money out without losing another 10%! Sharks!

The customer service is exceptional The customer service is exceptional. However the trading platform is not per standard. The spread is too high even after a 1% fee. I would love to come back but if schwab or others have a better trading platform i would pivot to them as my traditional finance is with them already.

Super easy I trust capital I believe is a great crypto IRA company. The customer service representative Francisco has been amazing and has made transferring from my old IRA company to the new one a breeze. Also extremely easy to get a hold of not like my old company which was a nightmare to even deal with transferring my funds away from them. I would definitely recommend I trust and ask for Francisco.

I have been with iTrust since 2020 I have been with iTrust since 2020. Was very happy especially given crypto IRAs were not popular then. I have noticed customer service severely slipping. Especially if you want to move money. Lack of response, run around, unable to get anyone live in the department you need. I am seriously considering moving to another custody holder. Horrible feeling when you try to take control of your money and you hear nothing but crickets.
