Great firm I’ve been with since 2020 Great firm I’ve been with since 2020! Very responsive on customer service, which is the most important thing for a retirement account. All documents received quickly. All questions answered quickly from true experts. I would say this is the most savvy and reliable IRA that allows crypto.

They are attentive, just need a little Polishing So when you sign up some of the questions could be explained a little better. Maybe have a question mark that the person signing up can click that gives a quick explanation for what your looking for. Example would be funding source. ? My account got locked out My account got locked out, keeps telling me update app yet every time I try update it takes me back to Apple App Store and does not update. It’s quite concerning. Also I have sent multiple emails requesting them to remove a pending transfer request on my app that has been sitting there for months, and no one calls nor replies to me. It’s a shame.
