I opened a Roth IRA account I opened a Roth IRA account, rolled over and converted an Ameritrade traditional IRA to an iTrustCapital Roth IRA. The process was very smooth and so was my purchase of Bitcoin and Ethereum. Very pleased.

Cannot complete buy/sell orders Cannot complete buy/sell orders. Huge issue Got a response from IT, issue still not resolved. And one gripe I have with Itrust Capital you can’t schedule a call with them. Shows no appointments available. So I was able to call and got Robert on the phone right away. Really helpful, issue with KYC update. Sucks I can’t trade at the moment but at least customer service was 10/10.

Easy 401k move Moved an old employers 401k (that had fees eating into it) over to a Roth IRA. Took some time but was a smooth and easy transfer. Very excited to finally add Crypto to my retirement portfolio.

iTrust Capital experiencing rapid growth Given iTrust Capital rapid growth, I will excuse the difficulty with setup and purchasing. A rep tells me that they have 30 additional employees coming on next week. They say that they intend to make limit trades and staking available. I experienced 1% slippage in addition to 1% trading fee due to lack of limit order availability. Staking is income that should not be foregone.
