Real agents and not bots! Jett was the agent who helped me and THANK GOD he was kind and patient. They won't give your money back, and difficult to use. Difficult to use, and extremely difficult to get your money out of! I have been going through their run around for a week now trying to withdraw some of my funds to invest them in regular stocks. Now it will be another 7 to 14 days before they can manage to do the wire transfer to return it to me! I don't know about you, but I expect to be able to withdraw my own money in less than three to four weeks!

Changing your info? Brace for a tedious journey. Whilst I dig having my Roth there, the process for changing your address, email or phone etc is gawdawful. Not the ppl helping, rather the process takes days: docusign, IDs, video call, lotsa waiting etc. What happens when I finally reach the age to start withdrawing? Jump over a fire pit?
