My Account balance went to Zero Today when I got in my account, the balance showed zero for a long time and that really freaked me out. After a long while my correct balance appeared. Also something that was very strange was the word "None" was added to my account name. I don't know what this is about. This makes me feel insecure about putting my assets with ItrustCapital. Discrimination Against Green Card Holder My wife, who lives with me here in the United States, tried to create an account with Itrustcapital. They refused to let her create an account; they are discriminating against her simply because she is a green card holder. They treated her horribly. No possibility to self-custody No possibility to self-custody. After seeing what happened in Canada, I don't want to have my crypto vulnerable to the whims of a government that decides that they are going to seize it just because they have a different point of view. It happened to our family once before when we left a communist country. enough said...

Never received $100 Bitcoin I used a link to sign up which was supposed to give me $100 Bitcoin, then when I had problems getting account set-up, their help center recommended a variety of solutions including signing up incognito. Anyway, was finally able to get account set-up only to have then tell me I didn't use the right link to sign up. I sent an email immediately after account was set-up to make them aware, but basically they didn't seem to care. Overall I appreciate iTrust services… Overall I appreciate iTrust services and the provided specialization to Crypto currency, however live feedback to address pressing matters a bit slow (have to schedule a call back many days later - too slow when market is 24/7) and unable to talk to live human in critical situation - otherwise would have given 5 stars.
