Communication with iTrust is lacking Communication with iTrust is lacking. They need to provide more clarity on requirements for rollovers, ex. your funds need to be in cash in order to rollover and the customer is responsible for doing this. They don't have customer service to speak with regarding questions on rollovers, communication is via email which takes too long. It's taken over a month and my rollover isn't complete. Slow and Limited Slow and Limited It took nearly a month to get funds into my account. Support is overloaded and I kept getting “we’re busy but we’ll get to it”… Once my funds were in my account I promptly discovered I cannot do anything but manual buy/sell. No limit orders, no staking, no charts. The interface is very spartan. I’d like to see a few more features and more investment flexibility if I’m going to pay 1% in transaction fees (3-10X what I pay for non IRA exchanges with all exchange features).

We have added 50 team members this month to accommodate the increased demand for our platform. Great Experience Rolling Over 401(k) Into iTrust I rolled over a former employer's 401(k) into a traditional IRA with iTrust. The company was fantastic, despite some challenges with the rollover. The 401(k) provider made a mistake with the rollover, sending the wrong check and issuing a chargeback to iTrust. I couldn't have been happier with the way iTrust handled it. So far pretty good! What I did with them so far: - When I signed up they dropped their monthly maintenance fee, so I was happy :) - Contribution for TY 2021 via domestic wire: seemed they were a little slow crediting it but it was towards the end of the year. I think it took ~5 business days but that may be because I just opened up the account and made a typo in my initial paperwork that needed to be corrected. - Contribution for TY 2022 via ACH (newly added feature). iTrust has weak support for new users PRO - happy to get my digital IRA investments going. CON 1. Weak Support - it took about 2 1/2 weeks to get started. The iTrust support page was broken for several days. I was not able to get a hold of anyone. No response via the only email found "info@itrust..." 2. The option to trade Crypto using a Roth… The option to trade Crypto using a Roth IRA is fantastic. What is lacking, is the layout of the Dashboard. It doesn't show the cost average per crypto. Only shows the current price and value of the position. It would be great to have the cost info somewhere easy to access instead of calculating or having a spreadsheet next to you to get that info.
