Anxiety Free First and foremost, I've had no anxiety about my crypto being in my account with this company, that's not the case with coinbase who has zero PR with any of these concerns. Which brings me to my next point, Ayrton has personally reached out with all questions and concerns or mine. I'm in the process of transferring more to them, due to the strong relations and custody they offer!

I was somewhat apprehensive I was somewhat apprehensive about moving crypto from Coinbase to ITrustCapital. Initially I was confused because the transfer wouldn’t go through..however I was fortunate to getJosh when I called iTrustCapital support. He was very helpful and gave me suggestions on interacting with Coinbase….They did their thing…Josh did his and everything worked out…he was patient, knowledgeable and a pleasure to talk to …overall an excellent experience.

I was having a difficult time trying to… I was having a difficult time trying to transfer crypto from Uphold to my Ittrust account. After getting in touch with Josh he stayed on the line with me while he walked me through the transaction . I am new to ittrust and am very impressed with their service and how fast they respond.

Use someone else for Crypto IRA I tried to open an account. Wirh 8.45 credit rating, no past legal issues, bankruptcies etc., should have been an easy thing, but iTrust would not proceed to approve the account. They refused to provide any reason AT ALL. I reached back out recently and asked how to resolve this, but they will do nothing and continue to provide no explanation. I ran a Credit Karma and no identity theft is reported.
