Slow on support Im having problems getting in contact with support in a timely manner. I set up a phone call for 5 on Friday. I got a text saying to remember phone call just before 5. I never received a phone call from anybody. I also keep getting emails saying I need to sign something in my documents but nothing shows up. I was told to do this five days ago. Please help Ronny
My account went down after placing 3… My account went down after placing 3 trades (buys) and now shows zero balance (100% of my funds are missing), zero assets, and the support form crashed 3 times while I was trying to report it. So far, this company is severely breaking my trust and it seems neither safe nor stable. Wildly unprofessional for a company that markets itself as the leading crypto IRA provider, and offering 24/7 trading ability. Literally thousands of dollars completely missing right now. Very upsetting.

It’s a Good Start The IRA’s lack many of the offerings, and reporting and analysis resources that virtually all crypto exchanges provide. I am pleased with the customer service but they need to keep upgrading and adding value for the customers.

All good except for transfer times. Pretty easy setup which is nice and no fees should be the standard but the time it takes to get funds into platform is pretty bad. Most accounts I have credit the transfer same day (etrade, crypto.com, voyager, etc etc all allow use of funds upon transfer).

This product is fantastic giving an… This product is fantastic giving an opportunity to put crypto and gold into our IRA which gives us the diversity we were looking for. Other than an initial delay do to a setup glitch everything went smooth once we were contacted by support. Thankfully, we were able to get in before this most recent crypto rally.
