Pathetic Service - Not Returning My Money (30 Days) (Extremely Disappointed) After accidentally contributing twice to my Roth IRA account, I requested to return my money and after numerous follow ups I am still waiting for my money to be returned. The worst customer service … The worst customer service I have ever tried to deal with. Tried to transfer Roth and 401 k snd after 2 weeks nothing. Nothing from itrust to help the transfer not even an email to assist in any way. Cancelled account an then Itrust attempted to contact me. Stay away from this company.

A little frustrating getting everything… A little frustrating getting everything set up but such a user friendly platform and great cryptos to get in for the long term. I also like that they have gold and silver as well. Diversification is key. Adding Other categories of assets would be great as well.
