Great customer service Sooo happy to have a company that makes customer service a priority. Andrew Vital and others who have helped me have been incredible. I plan on moving all my crypto into iTrust capital. I've been looking for a safe company to hold it that will help me when needed.

Not paying for referrals. My biggest complaint is how they have not fully paid me for referrals. I can give them the exact names of each individual I referred to them and when, but there is always an excuse like they didn’t use the link correctly or it wasn’t funded quick enough. Essentially I have referred 6 people and only been paid for 3. But I’m sure they got their money, so that’s all the care about.

Excellent service, Withdraw to Self Custody Excellent service, you are able to withdraw crypto to your self custody wallet. Easy process and the interface is very straight forward. Chris who helped withdraw when I retired, was very helpful and patient.

Great IRA Crypto Investment plan Great IRA Crypto Investment plan. An IRA Crypto Account with a zero Maintenance Fee, matched with a Customer Service rep Like Bryce, who called me and helped with the Funds transfer transaction. I gave them 4 stars as there is a slight opportunity to improve in the area of Limit Order Crypto Trading. The Crypto trading should be able to match the stock trading "Limit Order" functionality perfectly. It is a little different at present.

EXCELLENT Customer Service I have 3 accounts with ITrust Capital and have been using them for ALL my IRA needs the past 2+ years and their customer service is SECOND to NONE!
