Appalling..... After one year of an account with iTrust, I was told by the company that I had to close the account as New York was no longer a jurisdiction they could operate in - fair enough as things change. However, almost two months later iTrust continues to delay the disbursement of my funds to Fidelity not-withstanding that all paperwork and forms have been completed. Hi Randall, We do not have any requests or communication from you or Fidelity in our system regarding this transfer. It is not uncommon for this situation to occur with large institutions who are under the impression a request has been made in good order when it in fact has not been. We process transfer outs everyday via ACH, wire, check, and in-kind digital asset transfers. We do not ignore transfer requests.
Transferring over my IRA from fidelity… Transferring over my IRA from fidelity to iTrust, was easy and my funds were available to purchase crypto in 5 days. I highly recommend for anyone looking to diversify their portfolio.

Absolutely abysmal Absolutely abysmal. I honestly cannot imagine who would want to use this service for a number of reasons: ZERO phone support (despite the fact that I requested a callback), ZERO e-mail support, and the extreme difficulty logging in from my own laptop at my own home from which I created the account make for a complete disaster. I'm going to stick with tdameritrade. This company is a total waste of time. Never again.

An overwhelming majority of our clients experience a seamless onboarding experience. It hurts us when any client experiences friction during the process. At the same time, we do not find this to be a productive way of providing feedback. Frustrating long process for Roth conversion For anyone reading this rating please note it is poor simply because of the frustratingly slow process itrustcapital has for doing a Roth backdoor conversion. They received my money to my traditional IRA 10 days ago and it took that long for the conversion to post to my Roth account. I sent itrust a deposit for an already… I sent itrust a deposit for an already existing account. My bank shows the ck deposited yet ITrust has not added it to my account. I opened a support ticket and have not received meaningful support. In fact, ITrust sent me a request to rate their support as if the matter was resolved which I found bizarre. Scheduling a phone call puts me out almost a week for contact. Frustrated would be an understatement. I'd give Itrust an A+ for concept and a F for execution of cust. deposit process... read more
