Jimbo and Fuji Are Awesome Jimbo and Fuji are awesome. They expedited the availability of my funds before COB although it was close to the end of business day. This meant I could purchase cryptos in my account without having to wait over the three-day weekend. Excellent customer service. Throughout the entire process on multiple calls, these guys really deliver and make everything easy for clients. Wish more businesses ran this way. 😄

A satisfying four year relationship Originally an S-IRA and one of the few vehicles to keep crypto in a retirement fund. Kept BTC safe and sound for over 4 years. Roll over of an IRA into iTrust was relatively quick and smooth and recently transfer out of funds to an external IRA account was also problem free. Customer support was professional and friendly. I finally closed my account after 3… I finally closed my account after 3 years … this account closing was triggered by the annual fee … after I made the decision, the fees kept coming during the closing process … just unbelievable ! I would not recommend because there are other, more competitive avenues … the fees are out of line for what is provided … be warned !

Great alternative for IRAs Although I prefer self-custody on any currency, iTrust has been a great alternative to invest a rollover Roth IRA in crypto. Been using them for 2 yrs, before the majors firms started adding crypto ETFs. I like the flexibility of creating my own portfolio. Recently needed to change my email. Lot's of steps, but appreciate thr thoroughness and Darya Pirzadeh was great help. Only thing that may be missing are more staking opportunities, like what's offered with other exchanges.
