Don't waste your time!! Read the instructions....twice ...and understand what itrust is asking you to do before you proceed. This will minimize delays. I had a few delays. Again read the instructions itrust sends you and you will not have delays. Great service, Enough said vette65

no stop loss orders? So far, I haven't even been able to figure out how to place a limit or stop loss order, let alone trailing stop loss. Am I supposed to stay awake 24/7 to make sure I don't lose my savings? Or is the interface just not intuitive?

I LOVE the idea of buying crypto… I LOVE the idea of buying crypto through an IRA, so after I saw the commercial, I jumped at starting one. Right out of the box, a critical form automatically filled in the wrong phone number. There were only two choices, Docu-sign it to accept it, or reject it. The only obvious way to communicate with them was to make an appointment a week later. We've processed hundreds of incoming transfers from your current institution. In your case, it seems like we provided everything needed to proceed in a timely manner. Every interaction showed excellence … Every interaction showed excellence in management at iTrustCapital. Website info, process of setup, responsiveness to my rush during a very busy time for them, organization, mission-focus, yet friendliness of the rep in my one needed call; ease of buying crypto; perfect selection of cryptos for a Roth (or any low-turnover account aimed at the long haul), yet a good spread of low-cap coins if I want to slot a few in--all went swimmingly. What I learned 2 days after… What I learned 2 days after establishing the account. The costs at 1% per trade seem excessive but not sure if there are any gas costs included. The available tokens to trade are very limited. This is not coinbase. Plus you cannot make limit orders which means you probably pay the highest market price. Customer service is unresponsive to email requests. You need to make a phone appointment?!! I think they are overwhelmed and one has to wonder why. There are also several inaccuracies with this review, as gas fees do not impact trading on a platform like ours. We are certainly not Coinbase, we only use Coinbase Custody for Institutional Storage. Self directed IRA Easy and quick to open an account when I signed up online. They offer many exclusive perks that others don't such as zero account maintenance fee and only 1% trading fee (fair to me). Their platform for trading is easy to use and never has issues. I wish there would be a limit order feature so we can get a better price on coins we like. Good amount of my favorite coins. They never attempted transfer money… They never attempted to transfer money out of my old IRA to fund my account. Initially they sent me a transfer form with a highlighted area that needed to be filled out and sent back which I did immediately. Then I would receive emails saying I had to fill out additional areas which were not highlighted. Which was ok, let’s get it right, but they continued to do this several more times. Yes.. 4 times!!
