We had such high hopes when we started… We had such high hopes when we started investing with this company initially. Unfortunately, our experience was highly disappointing; we are closing our account with them immediately. We found the #iTrustCapital company very unprofessional, unethical, and dishonest. I rarely give negative reviews, but if I could give them negative stars, I would. #IRA #Crypto #Investors, Beware!

Delays in completing IRA to Roth conversion It took three requests to completely close an IRA account I fully converted to a Roth IRA earlier this year. Twice there were small amounts of few cryptos improperly remaining in the IRA account. All assets were finally transferred and the IRA account was closed today.

ITrust Capital was prompt to answer my… ITrust Capital was prompt to answer my questions on how to start a Roth IRA. The process of investing in cryptocurrency was user friendly. I was able to invest within a week with out a hitch. It’s nice to put a buy order in and closer of transaction in seconds.

More delays in distributions! IT seems iTrust Capital has a hard time processing distributions. This is the 3rd time I have had a distribution. The first time took 3-4 weeks. The second time with Jared Feldman hand holding the process, has completed in about 2 weeks. Now again with this distribution it has already been 20 days for a simple cash distribution. We complete distributions daily as a matter of our business and clients rarely experience friction as long as they understand the process we clearly lay out.
Uncalled for and unethical mode of… Uncalled for and unethical mode of customer servicing. Till date gotten no response to the issue i raised exactly a week ago. I'm convinced they are just incompetent because scam report consensusSRCSS, had issued a chainalysis audit and warnings on their networks earlier, had I saw that before handling my money to them, would not have fell for the IRA gimmicks. Check a chance of opting out, professional guidance on deck are excused. Having opting eighty per cent is better than losing all.
