The combination of Roth IRA and Crypto… The combination of Roth IRA and Crypto is the most powerful investment tool ever. The only worry I have is if the US government decides the two can no longer be used together. iTrustCapital has done a good job communicating and instilling my trust during challenging times in the markets, and I have faith that they would let me know if my account were ever in jeopardy.

Customer service is slow and sends… Customer service is slow and sends generic responses rather than responding like humans asking actual questions. And the app is super buggy, it's borderline useless. With all the banks going down, particularly in crypto, I wouldn’t trust these guys to stick around.

Hi Brad, We do have actual humans answering these requests, and you are more than welcome to reply if you feel your questions are not getting answered adequately. The app is certainly not perfect, but our clients access their accounts via the app 24/7 for buying and selling, as well as submitting additional deposits whenever they wish.
Who doesnt have an Android App???? No App, limited coins, clunky platform!!

They price gauge you Email they did not respond to: "This is frustrating because every time I do a conditional order, you guys mark it up so much. I even refreshed and watched as the order filled. The market price wasn’t even close to $24,023! It was below 24k (I could see maybe $24,005). You guys need to look into this. I can only imagine what happens when I go to sell." CTs allow clients to execute transactions when they are not at their devices, but they execute as market orders. Excellent customer service Excellent customer service! Every time I have a concern or question, they are quick and detailed to resolve it!! All services work as they say and the mobile app is super easy to use. Just moved some crypto assets from older IRA to iTrust and Nadia (and other team members) helped me all along the way!!

Their support is terrible. I have an… Their support is terrible I have an account with iTrust Capital. I made a $500 conditional trade on 2/19 which I cancelled the same day. The $500 is listed as pending since that date and I can’t get a response fro iTrust as to why it’s pending . They have disabled their phone support. iTrust took the $500 (reference # 175280) out of my account on 2/23. It's still listed as pending. The only email I've received is that my conditional order was cancelled because of insufficient funds. When... read more
