Still waiting to trade LINK Still waiting to trade LINK. I think you need to hire more staff too. If you can only spare 10 min to talk to people & it takes 7+ days for help, that’s wayyy too long. All that said, I love the Roth crypto IRA idea & the relatively low trading fees you offer.

iTrust just may be the best crypto IRA/ROTH platform While the initial funding seemed to be a little slower than I'd have liked, all subsequent funding have been fast. iTrustCapital has responded well to questions and more importantly, to suggestions to improve the use of their platform. And last, but definitely not least, their fees are great - maybe the best. My only remaining wish is for more cryptos allowed for trading - and they are working on that.

Crypto is new Crypto is new, misunderstood and scary to most people. Your platform and approach provides old school thought processes like mine to feel more confident in moving forward with what will inevitably be our future. Keep it simple and more older investors will flow your way.

I would give 5 stars if there were a… I would give 5 stars if there were a way to direct deposit/transfer funds from my checking account to my IRA. Also, faster rollout of more alt coins. David

Pleased I have been extremely pleased with our initial experience with iTrustCapital. I put our smallest roth account with them initially to see how I liked the experience and after a month am already scheduled to move our larger account onto their platform. As a novice crypto trader its been an adjustment not to be able to set buy and sale orders but the returns have been very good.

Unreliable deposits I have been using iTrustCapital for 5-6 months, and have had very inconsistent results when it comes to adding cash funds to my account. 2 of the 5 deposits took several weeks to reach my account, the most recent issue has been 3 weeks, with little to no customer service feedback in my inquires. Easy to setup and totally worth it iTrustCapital setup process is very easy to do online. Transfering funds into the account worked very smoothly. Buying Crypto is very intuitive. I can only recommend iTrustCaptiol for anyone who wants to build up a retirement nestegg based on crypto currencies. Absolutely worth it and the way to go.

Great Company, excellent Customer service, evolving Great company. It's obvious that providing excellent Customer Service is a core value. At the time of my first money transfer iTrust was utilizing a 3rd party to move the funds... it was a little slow. My second transfer was much faster as iTrust eliminated the roadblock and began transferring funds directly. I plan to stick with iTrust and give them my highest recommendation. Yeah rah Crypto!

Never Again So, here I sit, unemployed and stuck in a foreign country with very little cash. I tried to make a withdrawal from my account but it became such a pain that I decided to close my account . . . a month ago. Closing the account has become just as big a pain as trying to take a disbursement. I understand that there was a paperwork glitch (my fault) but this has been going on for weeks. Real quick to take your money, not so quick to let it go.
