iTrust Capital was easy to work with… iTrust Capital was easy to work with and everything was done exactly as described on their website. No hidden fees. Easy to work with when calling and emailing. I like that they are backed/insured by an A-Rated insurance company and use top notch security to safeguard the crypto keys. excellent company to work with and so… excellent company to work with and so easy to roll over retirement plan but they are very transparent where the other companies like bitcoinira is very deceptive about their fees especially set up fees where they charge astronomical fees just to pay someone a commission. itrust is the best price and the best service i investigated and almost did wrong because i was in a fast time frameto make a decision. they offer reviews where the other companies don't. that should tell you something ... read more
Poor Customer Services, Failed Promises I started last year with itrust capital and initially they seem to be providing good customer care, but that went south when required reporting was asked for (form 5498). I was told I would receive the reporting and even end of year reports, but that never happened. I was given the run-around and customer service became very poor. Great Great - easy to get signed up, easy to wire or send check to fund the account. Easier to setup and fund my Roth than Fidelity - and I think they are very good. My husband encouraged me to signup with iTrust and I was reluctant until I started to see the growth with a Digital Asset -IRA. I have sleepless nights with my legacy stocks & bonds portfolio. We are in the first inning of a long digital asset explosion (btw...we should stop using the words 'crypto currency').
