Game-changing company Game-changing company. The only IRA custodian with an open, honest, fair pricing mechanism for Bitcoin/Cryptocurrency. Very professional and responsive. Easy set-up. As long as they remain secure from fraud, they are the only real player in the industry. They seem as secure or more so than any of the rip-off competition.
Keep More of Your Money I've been an iTrustCapital customer for about 1 month now. So far, the platform exceeds expectations. The user interface is better than that of some mainstream financial institutions. However, the fees are really where iTrustCapital separates themselves from their competitors. I would like a graph option for single… I would like a graph option for single day and 7 day prices for each of the traded commodities/cryptocurrencies. Beyond that, I am quite pleased.

my second rollover did not go over so… my second rollover did not go over so well. There was a delay in delivery of the funds due to lack of timely communications from Itrust. The wore instructions were not followed properly resulting in the custodian mailing the check and delaying funding by over a week. Markets don't stop for the USPS. Trading fee is too high Trading fee is too high. 1% for crypto?? Processing transfers into iTrust takes too long. 2 Days is too long to send a request to Fidelity.
Customer service was great! Customer service was great!! Platform easy to use! I am thrilled to be able to fund my Roth IRA with crypto!!!
