Does not let you withdraw your money On 12/1/2020, I sent a message requesting a CARES act withdrawal. I was told that the instructions and forms will be sent within 1-2 days. I already updated the message request #19810 several times, and still no reply. On 12/9/2020, I scheduled a call and did not get the call on the appointed time. I only got a call when I replied to the appointment e-mail sent by Carol Medel and asked why nobody called. The customer support was great, I received lots of communication via email when setting up my account and doing a rollover. my one complaint is that I wish that ACH transfers were enabled, the previous 401k could only mail to my house or do a ACH transfer for my rollover. so the process to rollover took a couple weeks at which point bitcoin's price went up significantly. wish it could have gone a little faster. however, I will be hodling till I retire, very excited tha... read more
