So far I love the platform. I would like to see more crypto options such as Qnt, Hbar, xrp. Also I would like the ability to place limit buy/sell orders. Furthermore I think having the ability to stake assets and earn passive returns would be amazing! Keep up the good work.
Very good experience, one grip which can still make me move to Alto despite higher fee is the lack of Limit Order support. This is super critical for Crypto Assets.
This company has the best rates compared to anyone and it is not even close! They need to fix the slotted times for phone calls and allow customers to call anytime. They are good about responding to emails. I was going to go with BitIRA but they had all kinds of hidden fees, including storage fees, platform fees, and you lose 3.5 percent of your investment up front! If you want to save the most money, and still have a good selection of coins this is your best bet. I’ve done the research!

The only think I would like to see is performance charts per investment and overall. Just to gauge how my investments are doing.
This is my second account with iTrustCapital; a Roth IRA. Had issues with just verifying email to begin an account. I contacted customer service and received a personalized email asking about the problem right as they opened Monday morning. It took all day looking into it but I was not left in the dark.... that's huge! By evening I still had this problem. So far trading is pretty easy and the fees are clear. However, prior to funding my IRA, I submitted a request for a call but it was never received any call. An app would be nice.
The folks I've worked with have been great. I'm opening up another account. JHC
