Bot was unable to understand and answer my question. I am interested in opening a Roth using the same credentials I used to open my IRA. Is this possible (and how) or do I have to create a separate new account using a different email address? Updated rating from 1 to 4 stars: the response I received from a real person was more helpful. I also found the answer by rewording my imessage for the bot.
Customer service is great the fees are a little high but reasonable and access to a decent amount of crypto currencies make the overall experience pretty good. The lack of a mobile app, no ability to place limit orders and no ability to customize your dashboard are the reasons why I only went with 4 stars. I. Would have went with 3.5 if that was an option, but hopefully there will be improvements in the future that will rectify some of these issues. I would really like to be able to make limit buys. Excited to have the ability to invest my Roth funds in the crypto space. The transfer was easy and done in less than a week.
Easy to set up account and navigate.
iTrust has been very helpful in transitoning part of my traditional 401k funds to their service and it has gone well. It has been a big plus moving so far as I am up approxmately 25% since entering in just over 3 months ago, although it has not been without serious ups and downs I see nothing but upside in the end. The only reason I do not give 5 stars is iTrust is touted as the lowest cost provider but it depends on if you are an active or inactive investor.
