Rafael was awesome Rafael was very professional, resourceful, patient and friendly. I've been trying to roll in money from another firm. Everything was handled properly by iTrust but the other firm dropped the ball in several ways. With Rafael's assistance, we got it moving again. I conducted a 3-way call with representatives from both companies and while the other representative was helpful, I'd rate him overall as a 7 and Rafael as a 10+. Thank you Rafael.

Called iTrust to see about reactivating… Called iTrust to see about reactivating an old account. Spoke with Josh who got me squared away with my account. Then he patiently took the time to answer all of my questions regarding a roll over from a 401k. He explained their(iTrust’s) different accounts, the rollover process, and my tax questions. I feel very comfortable moving forward with iTrust due to this interaction.
