Setting up my Account, working through verification information I had some serious issues getting past the verification page in the start up account process. I reached out to ITrust support and the Representative Rafael was over the top helpful. He texted me possible solution, called and kept working the issue until it was resolved

From the moment I opened a IRA account From the moment I opened a IRA account, they stay connected me with me remind me what the next steps are. Kinda like holding my hand to make sure I feel secure about transferring my funds. At first, I thought it was weird that they were texting me because I never had an experience like this before. I thought it was a scam at first but the reviews say otherwise. Other companies should follow their example.
