James was an absolutely beast. He was on top of everything, even things I didn’t know about. He was always willing to answer any questions I had and took all my calls and if he couldn’t take them right there and then, he made sure he got back to me at his earliest convenience. James was extremely communicative during the process of buying a house. The thing I loved the most was that he texts.
