Five Stars These a great sturdy valves. A lot cheaper than my local pool company
Way over priced for what it is. But you need it so go ahead and buy it... I don't know. It's an over priced check valve that doesn't really seal all that well. I honestly think it also causes a decent restriction due to the spring being too tight. It's ironic that it still let water through (albeit very little) but restricts due to the spring... Go figure. What I don't get is that a $5.00 toilet flapper can keep a perfect seal every second of the day for years but this check valve can't keep water over night. I would say loo... read more
Good product, works well Works well, and will be maintainable. I replaced check valves that had no way to fix once they started leaking, or got debris lodged in the valve seal. Nice product. Be very careful about installing, don't get cement inside the working parts, and use the correct cement for this type of plastic!

Great product, price and delivery! Great product as this is the second one I added to manage water flow in my pool system. Yes the Jandy has one moving part that does wear out over time, put that is true for any part regardless of pool, car, etc. This moving part "door/spring" is easy to replace in 2 mins. without cutting into PVC and changing out the entire valve body.One of the best check values for the money and performance available.

Works well. Easy to install. Great valve. The whole internals is serviceable as with most Jandy products. Be sure to take all the innards out before gluing so you don't glue the check valve door shut while assembling.
