Japanese Auto Masters was founded in 1982 by Tom and Cindi Potter in a small shop close to the Virginia Beach oceanfront. Tom originated Japanese Auto Masters to address the needs of consumers driving Japanese-made vehicles at a time when there were no independent repair service centers that specialized exclusively in all Japanese makes and models. We also service all Domestic vehicles as well.

Great service and extremely knowledgeable! I felt I was being treated like a family member. They fixed the problem that I brought my car in for originally, and tehy didn’t try and sell me a bunch of stuff I didn’t need. They provided me a list from the inspection that they performed and my car is in much better shape for having visited them! I have already told as many people as I know about the service I received! I will definitely be back!
