Japanese Auto Masters was founded in 1982 by Tom and Cindi Potter in a small shop close to the Virginia Beach oceanfront. Tom originated Japanese Auto Masters to address the needs of consumers driving Japanese-made vehicles at a time when there were no independent repair service centers that specialized exclusively in all Japanese makes and models. We also service all Domestic vehicles as well.

The only thing I noticed was the clock was not re-set. Everything else was excellent.

I have been going to Japaneze Auto Masters for years (as far back as when the shop was on Sykes Ave.) and as always, I have confidence that all of the tasks that were completed on our Camry were done properly. All questions were answered, communication is always great. Would recommend Japaneze Auto Masters to anyone (and I have).
I've been a customer of JAM for more than 10 years, won't go anywhere else. They are just good and honest people. I just wish they could work on my airplane too!
Fortunately, we've not had to get to know these folks really, really well over the 10+ years we've been visiting them for normal maintenance and the occasional emergency on our Japanese vehicles. Â But every visit has been quick, no-nonsense, right to the point with solutions to our problems or maintenance needs, and very reasonably priced. I've taken my vehicle to JAM's twice for repairs, and they've ALWAYS been consistent with honesty, great customer service, and excellent work. Tommy recently worked on my 2001 Isuzu Rodeo, and communicated with me throughout the whole time my vehicle was there for repairs. He demonstrated such sincere and honest customer service. Very hard to find in this day and age!! I will definitely be taking my vehicle back there for future repairs/maintenance. Thank you JAM's!!
