Japanese Auto Masters was founded in 1982 by Tom and Cindi Potter in a small shop close to the Virginia Beach oceanfront. Tom originated Japanese Auto Masters to address the needs of consumers driving Japanese-made vehicles at a time when there were no independent repair service centers that specialized exclusively in all Japanese makes and models. We also service all Domestic vehicles as well.

Your service is always "tops". Friendly amd knowledgeable people. We have been going to Japanese Auto Masters for 30+ years - wouldn't go anywhere else. Also, Tommy put out a coffee maker for his customers!!!

As usual, the fantastic people at JAM rescued me from a problem where, no matter what I tried, I couldn't fix on my own. As an automotive student, I know how important it is to be professional, courteous, and get the job done correctly the first time. I have never received anything less during all of the years I have been taking my vehicles to JAM. Consistently outstading service over many visits. Recently dropped my 10 year-old Honda off on a Monday without an appointment when the check-engine light came on. I expected them to diagnose the problem and let me bring the car back later in the week. Not only did they diagnose the problem but they repaired it and the cost came in under what I was expecting.Fast, fair and friendly.
