Japanese Auto Masters was founded in 1982 by Tom and Cindi Potter in a small shop close to the Virginia Beach oceanfront. Tom originated Japanese Auto Masters to address the needs of consumers driving Japanese-made vehicles at a time when there were no independent repair service centers that specialized exclusively in all Japanese makes and models. We also service all Domestic vehicles as well.

As always, they were ready for me when I dropped the car off in the morning. They called during the day to let us know the status and the car was ready when we went to pick it up.
Just needed a battery replacement and they were prompt and accommodating. The only thing they missed is that they didn't test my charging system. Here is hoping it is all okay.

Convenient. Each time we bring one of our vehicles to you we can count on the repair being made expeditiously and substantially below dealer prices. Your staff takes the time to explain what they are doing and any additional recommendations you may have. This is the only place I will take my Toyota or my daughter's Mazda for repairs.
