Japanese Auto Masters was founded in 1982 by Tom and Cindi Potter in a small shop close to the Virginia Beach oceanfront. Tom originated Japanese Auto Masters to address the needs of consumers driving Japanese-made vehicles at a time when there were no independent repair service centers that specialized exclusively in all Japanese makes and models. We also service all Domestic vehicles as well.

It's been a long time since I ran into a company that listened to customers and went out of their way to determine the issue I had with my vehicle. They get lots of return customers by not fixing something that isn't broken or guilting you into doing something you don't want to do. They help you decide benefits of fixing or not fixing. On my most recent visit, the work requested was completed in a timely fashion and at a lower cost than I had expected. I've been a regular customer since 2006 and this is why: great service, fair prices and dependable honesty.I gave one of the "Refer a Friend" coupons to a coworker and she brought her car in while I was waiting for mine to be done. She ended up happy with the service she received, too!
