The guys at JAM were amazing and quite knowledgable on every question I had for them even going above and beyond what they needed to to help me with my problems. I would have given them 5 starts but while I was there I was charged 18$ for them to tighten down one nut, was neverinformed that they would charge me for that when I got my bill and it was 2 times what I had originally thought. It's just me but I honestly don't think I should have been charged for them to tighten a simple nut. With this said I will still be returni... read more

They are ALWAYS fast, friendly and affordable! Got an oil change and a state inspection yesterday for only 60 bucks and less than an hour! The owner drove me to the mall and picked me up when my car was done! First class service with a smile! Im Glad I ditched my Mercedes and got a Lexus! :)

After having been told by Toyota dealership service center that our car needed a new motor and that it wasn't financially adviseable to repair it ~ we consulted Mr. Potter & his team for a 2nd opinion. Best decision we've made since we purchased the vehicle ! Turns out our vehicle did need some repairs but, thankfully, the motor was not the problem.
