Service advisor provided excellent input to evaluate seriousmess of electrical issue. When car was brought to shop, service was prompt with good explanantions of what was done and why.

I have taken 3 different vehicles here over the last 8 years or so (toyotas and lexus)and I have always experienced great customer service from every member of the staff. They are honest, take the time to really listen and explain the issues. They even tell me what I don't need to do right away but also which things I should do together to be the most time/cost efficent.
