Terrible customer service and website Website will not let me proceed with the return no matter how many attempts. Customer service is a place on hold with little progress. Always long wait time before they answer and when do answer long hold time with no results. Just hold on please. Save you time and money. Even the website is in correct on the proper fit
Terrible Ordered on Monday, customer service reordered on Wednesday. Spent hours on the phone to find out why it hadn't shipped. Still no relief. Bunch of fkn clowns
NEVER AGAIN! I ordered a intake manifold, mounting bolts and an cable adapter. They cancelled the intake and sent the other 2 items that are useless with the f... Intake! Never again...NEVER!
Told me 4 weeks now going on 4 months Have 7 thousand dollars tied up waiting for engine thats been ordered for 4 months and still timeframe of delivery. They tell me cannot get parts and Jegs is a parts supplier which is a joke. Called them and Jegs is complete garbage

Real pain in the neck - DO NOT USE Once this company has your email address it is impossible to unsubscribe to the constant harassment via email. Not even contacting them directly will stop this. I wished I would have never purchased anything from them. The products are average quality.
No customer service I ordered a $6k transmission with a $600 core return on it. The transmission was ordered through another company for half price (undisclosed) and now over a year later I still have not received my core money. They have confirmed they received the core and sent the funds but I still have seen nothing. Their customer service team leaves you on hold for over 30 minutes just to come back and say "I don't know what to tell you". NEVER BUY FROM JEGS
Damaged parts and not answering calls I ordered Fram rails for my 1978 camaro and they both came in damaged,the first call took the 30 minutes to talk to someone and they told us they'd send new ones.The one that came in was damaged worse then the first one and they couldn't send them as a pair like the original order and they will not pick up the call.
This is the lastt THIS IS THE LAST TIME I USE JEGS! RIDICULOUS TO NO END. AND YOUR TOO STUPID TO LEAVE OHIO POOR MANKIND AND I STILL DO NOT HAVE A CARBURETOR LOOKS LIKE THE ONLY BUSINESS YOU WILL GET IS FROM BILL HOSKINSIN HIMSELF LOL IGNORANT ITS KILLING YOU JEGS
