Terrible parts and customer service Multiple returns for the same parts, scam me out of return shipments, scam me out incorrect returns/parts... Just a mess... Do not order from this company or be ready for a nightmare
Customer Service non existent Ordered a part, next day email saying back ordered, called to re order another one and waited 30 min on hold to speak to someone. 30 min! When I stated I waited 30 min his answer was...OK and dead silence, no apology, nothing. Not a word. You are not the only part supplier. Lost customer
False advertising I ordered aeromotive fuel pressure regulator, part number 027-*******. During purchase, it was advertised that the 100psi aeromotive fuel pressure gauge was supposed to come with it. Well, I received the order and there was no fuel pressure gauge. I called asking for it but the lady said there was no such ad. She puts me on hold to go remove the ad. Then she comes back to me to tell me I need to find the ad and forward it to their email. Do not make an order based on free add ons.
Nobody works there. Online order and then your screwed if you need to return anything.. Go to Summit. Worst cust service ever. Once you buy something online your screwed.If you have a problem might as well forget getting it resolved...Built 2 motors with Summit and decided to try Jeg's. Big mistake
Not answering phone Problem with orders and customers service will not pick up the phone 45 minutes finally hung up. They don't send shipping invoices inside the box anymore.
Junk atk 4.7 dodge engine Paid alot money for reman engine. Missing first 15k.emission codes.found lh head exhaust valves seal in heads walking banging the lips of head.leaking by 1an3 cylinder beside one another by17k.Took a few yrs find intermediate misfire.The cam timing marks on cams dont alighn on dark chain links and the sproket marks.very piss poor workmanship.out of warranty by a month.35yrs plus mechanic auto and heavy-duty.I recommend buy a junkyard motor before these guys unless want throw away money.Never get ano... read more
Poor shipment packaging I received my fenders for my dads old 72 c10 only to find that they were barely covered in some junky cardboard that barely covered the edges of the fenders. Once opened, I found multiple dents and scratches which is unacceptable. If they would have had some outer packaging over the thin cardboard to protect the fenders they would have more likely been no issues with them. Due to their incompetence or non-concern with quality shipments The new fenders are worse now than the ones still on the old truck... read more
Beware of jegs Support your local automotive store. At least you get the correct product all of the product and then if you never use it you get all your money back I spent $135 plus I had to spend 1350 to return it then I only got $93 of my money back. I guess jags is really hard up for money to rip their customers off, I will never shop here again. It's disgusting, ignorant and unprofessional. If you listen to my blog, I will be putting my warning across the Internet.
Tried to order a intake manifold. I ordered a manifold and it was wrong. My fault. I called to return it and order the wright one. I told the guy I need pretty quick. He said it would ship that day. 5 days later, didn't get it. Called back to see what happen. Talked to another guy. He said it was wrote up as a quote. I said no, I order it.
