Horrible customer service I ordered an oil pan gasket online, half an hour later I found the same pan gasket for $20 less through a competitor. I attempted to cancel my order online and the confirmation number was not yet in the system. I called customer service (where I sat on hold for 15 minutes) and asked to cancel my order. Jegs " technician " ya right I spent a half an hour on the phone with a jegs technician and I was very concerned specifically about my back space of the rims I was purchasing $522 later my rims do not fit and they don't give a f&$& and my money is gone I have $702 invested 150 that is from the tire shop that is nonrefundable and they won't give me my fu$$ ing money back

jegssucks.com Had it with these thieves. Over charged me and never got the parts. They have a new scam going with discontinued parts. They get your money and say it is on back order when the back order date comes up good luck getting a hold of customer service. Half an hour wait time if they answer and if they do they'll pretend to have a bad connection and hang up.
Yep Very bad communication did not get my order never got a notice that the older got canceled got my car towed
Terrible Company Most of what you order ends up shipping direct from manufacturers. They split your order into multiple invoices. Then everything gets super confusing. Their customer service couldn't find my order, cancelled the wrong items. Then when the wrong things came they refused to provide a return label. Seriously do not order from this company.
Waist of time Placed a order on May 9th was order would ship in 2 to 3 weeks called on order June 1st and was told now order will not ship until mid July. But they dam sure took charged my credit card for the full amount. If you call jegs plan on waiting on the phone for at least 30 minutes before speaking to a live person. From now on I will take my business elsewhere
Ordered wrong part, complete nightmare! There is no cancel order, no easy way to return. Tge customer service is horrible I was on hold for a hour to be told I would have to call back tomorrow. To be told they can not cancel the order. So I called the next day, was told the order was canceled and shipping was stopped. Few days later, guess what was on my doorstep? Don't Purchase From JEGS I have been doing business with them while rebuilding a Chevy motor. Their poorly trained personnel looked up and sent the wrong year engine bearing kit. Because the return exceeded their 2 month return policy, they would not accept the return for even a store credit! I could understand if I placed this order online myself, but this was a part their representative said I needed. Now, I am stuck with a bearing kit that I cannot use.
