They proactively communicated on our behalf with the seller as we made an offer and continued to do all they could to make the process seamless. Jennifer and her team are amazing. I've used them twice and was very happy both times. Most recently, Jennifer aided in the submission of 3 offers and worked through a 3 week close once I was under contract.
