Jennifer and her team were absolutely wonderful to work with. We selling one investment property and buying another. The one we were buying was from a family member. And the buyers had many issues on their end. Jennifer and her team were incredibly helpful and even fun to work with! We had a fairly challenging investment property purchase of a new build where the closing date kept getting moved back multiple weeks at a time.
