Working with Jennifer and her team was the best experience we've ever had with a refinance. We've lived in our home 25 years, so we've been through a few refinances. Jennifer and her team are absolutely the best! I have done 3 different Purchase Transactions with her and every single one of them went off without a hitch. As busy as she is, she always responds quickly whether it is a phone call or email. Her team is just as responsive. You always know where in the mortgage process you stand! Couldn't ask for a better partner to work through such a tedious process.

There aren't enough good things to say about Jennifer and her team. They were endlessly helpful and needless to say, we couldn't have done it without her. After all was said and done, we wouldn't want to use anybody else in the future. We were quite delayed with a new build, but Jennifer didn't miss a beat and made sure everything that needed to happen with the delay went off without a hitch. Five stars.

Jennifer, Katie, and the rest of the team were so wonderful and helpful the entire time we worked with them. They made the loan process much less daunting for us as first time home buyers, and explained everything to us. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone that is looking for a lender!
