Jennifer and her team were excellent through the entire loan process. They proactively communicated on our behalf with the seller as we made an offer and continued to do all they could to make the process seamless. Every question we had was answered quickly and fully - if it hadn't already been addressed in the detailed communication before and during each step. Jennifer and her team were so helpful in getting our loan ready over Christmas.
