Joe Myers Ford customer service was great. Keith Haptonstall at the service department was very helpful and knowledgeable. He kept me up-to-date with everything that was being done on my vehicle and the work was finished ahead of time estimated. It was a great experience. Will definitely go back for any future service on my vehicle.

Great experience from multiple test drives on Saturday , till closing the deal on Tuesday . Calvin Was excellent in addressing what we we looking for in a SUV, and Reece expedited the financing process and got us out the door quickly.

The overall service was good. The free ride home after drop the car makes it nice and easy to drop your car. It was frustrating when the part did not arrive on time to do the work.
