Joe Courtney was a great service rep and kept me updated on progress. He went out of his way to take care of my needs. However, repairs took an exceptionally long time - 10 weeks. I am concerned if the technicians need additional training to more quickly diagnose mechanical problems.
Jaxon was terrific, great customer service all around. Highly recommend Joe Myers Ford service department.

I was impressed with the communication I received from Matt about my service. Also, the timely manner I received my car. The rental car was great. Everything that was done to my car from the 60K service to making sure my car is safe for a couple of upcoming trips makes me feel safe driving. I appreciate the way the service worked out.

Very efficient staff , Mir Ali did a fantastic job by getting the car issue diagnosed and getting the repair done in a very short time. I am a regular customer at Joe Meyer and would continue to service my vehicle here.

Very pleasant experience this time. Matt helped me a lot and answered all my questions. Could not find the $350 credit I was told I was getting for my last terrible experience - not happy about that.

I had to get a new transmission and the service team dealt with the extended warranty folks directly making this repair seamless. All I I had to do is drop my truck off, pick up a rental, read the frequent updates and pick my truck when the work was completed. I was very happy with the process.
