Every time I need a service repair I get that it will take 3 days to diagnose. Until it's diagnosed no loaner car. It doesn't take 3 days to diagnose. Both times the work was done in three days. The last oil change the advisor said I should get an air filter but wanted me to pay for cabin air filter. My esp pays for both. Since he never went over the 5 services he said I declined, I left town to the valley with an oil leak. So they did the oil leak in 3 days, not three to diagnose but total.
