They did the repairs needed, worked with our aftermarket warranty. My only problem was they didn't wash it before pickup.

My 1st time using the dealership for an oil change. My truck sat in the finish bay for an hour after the service was completed. The only reason I gave 3 stars instead of 1 is due to BJ being a good service writer. It appears that BJ multi tasks and assists service along with being a service writer!!!

Gary is the first salesman that has found trucks with exactly what I was asking for and he made sure the trucks were cleaned and ready with both sets of keys when I arrived. The previous two car salesmen did not do this on the last 3 trucks we bought. One previous salemen (Johnny) said he would have both sets of keys ready for our trucks when we arrived and that was not the case. Took a while to check in, maybe 30 minutes, but somehow the service was performed in less than that. Also was not made aware the the vehicle has to be left for software recalls but no loaner is provided

Excellent service and timing was perfect. He said it would take about 3-4 hours and they were done in 3.5 hours. Excellent!!!!
