Joe gave excellent customer service. I had tried to get to talk to someone in customer service for 3 weeks off and on by leaving message on 2 peoples voicemail, filling in online form for service and chatting online where they said someone would call me back. I was making my last try and got Joe and he took over and was great to work with.

The delay of the warranty took longer than expected, after checking with warranty center the request for repairs was sent two days after for approval finally got vehicle back 8 days later.
