While the initial visit with BJ was rough and I ran into some issues. After working with Mark and then being assigned to Philip things drastically improved and went very well. Philip is a credit to the dealership and his customer service skills are outstanding. After our meeting with him and hearing assurance is for him, I knew that my vehicle will be taken care of, and I would have no further issues.
Kalvin was very professional and showed he was working for me. He was very communicative and helpful.
