Donovan took care of my oil change for me and in addition to that, he had noticed that I had been charged for all of my previous oil changes and I should not have been because of the service plan that I was on. He prepared all of the necessary paperwork and file with his service manager for a full refund since 2022. I'm highly appreciated of him for catching that mistake by your dealership.
