The worst service experience I have ever had in my life. Took 3 weeks to get me into a rental vehicle when my power steering went out under warranty. Gave a few more concerns for them to check out while there. After a little over a month I got my vehicle back (After driving an hour and a half up there another time when I was told my vehicle was ready only to be told it was not). Absolutely the worst customer service I've ever received. If you're thinking about buying an F250 Super Duty truck better purchase it elsewhere. The few times I've taken it in for service, I have been given the run around, ignored and treated like they were doing me a favor to service the $65k truck that I purchased from them. I had a really bad experience in Joe Myers Ford. We were bargaining on the price (really close) and the manager came out his name was Ralph Mendoza really impolite and mean- passing on rude and sarcastic comments on the bargaining price. Never going back again. Worst dealership ever!

Worst Customer Service, we went there to look for Mustang 2020, Manager was so sarcastic and was passing on lousy comments - His name is Ralph Mendoza manager at Joe Myers ford Never going again at all I have even called corporate and requested an action against him Worst experience ever!!!

This is the worst experience at a dealership ive ever had. From the top down everyone is worthless. Trying to get anything done here is like playing cards with my sisters kids. Save yourself some time and go anywhere else but here.

Most everyone wasn't wearing face coverings, employees and customers alike. I wore my mask and kept away because it didn't feel secure to wait inside.

I want to be clear, this review is not for all the staff, my issue was specifically with two big Liars, unprofessional and lazy employees, TEMO GARCIA ("manager" in pre-owned) and JORGE DE LEON, this last guy does not work in this dealership anymore, at least that was that they told me the last time when i was there looking for help, i am not sure if this is true because like i said, these people are not honest of all. I went to Preowne vehicules , talk to mauricio sales guys he was nice when we star the process to get approve , I told him my credit is no good also I let him kwon , I can put only $1000, down, after he came back from financial dept, very bad attitud, try to change my mine , ask me for $2500 down payment , I do understand my credit situacion , very bad experiences bad srervice, that is all.
