Music is too loud. Service is subpar and minimum tip is 18%. Portions are not big enough for the price and the hosts at the restaurant were more bland than the chicken. Do better
The steak and mashed potatoes are amazing!!! But the crispy/burnt rapini or spinach was bitter and too much cream sauce.
I ordered a gluten free bun for my burger but they forgot to swap it and they had to replace it. The burger finally arrived after everyone had eaten. Otherwise food was good

Was there with my 10 year old son for dinner, sat at my table for 27 minutes, got one drink served, no orders were taken and no one came to check on us. I saw 4 different servers and a bartender, 6 tables seated and we couldn’t get service. Staff is all chatting and laughing with each other so we got up and left.. I was there last night having a girls night with one of my girlfriends. The service was horrible. Our sever was not attentive at all and barely came and checked on us. It took a half an hour for drinks to be brought to our table and another 20 minutes for her to come and take our order. We arrived there at 9pm and it wasn’t even busy for the service to be that poor. Waited over 20 minutes for my reservation and they weren’t able to accommodate my upstairs/patio which I reserved. Not the first time this has happened. Can clearly see tables available - was not busy at 5pm. Ended up leaving
Despite having booked a reservation, we were seated at a high table by the bar where the music was played extremely loud. I arrived after my friend who had already ordered a bottle of water. After looking around and seeing a number of available tables on the bar side and other tables on the other side, I asked a hostess who was passing by if we could move to an open table given that I had booked a reservation to avoid sitting at a high table.
