We had a reservation for the lounge. Upon arrival we were told that we were being sat in the dining room. Once seated we waited 5 minutes without a server greeting us. The server (Mark I believe) was standing behind us for more than a few minutes speaking to another server asking “Isn’t the dining room closed?”. As he saw us sitting there for 5 minutes. 2 hour max per table and they take it seriously. Kicked out despite wanting to order dessert and coffee.

This location lacks in service quality. I had to ask for complementary champagne. Other locations will always ask you. Our waitress had an "you're doing me a favor" attitude.

Food and server and prices all good. Unfortunately, the table was way too small for six adults. My reservation was made a week in advance for six adults. I asked for a bigger table and was told the table we had was for six people. We were very cramped, and our faces were within inches of each other. Very uncomfortable and not enough social distance. We were literally in each others faces.

I wrote that I have a fractured ankle and requested a table close to the entrance. The host sat us further away, making me go up a few stairs even though there was an empty table right next to the door. And yeah, the table was the same size as the one she sat us on. So we just left at that point especially since the server took forever to come by.

The service was excellent but my biggest complaint is the quality of food for the money, minus the dessert as it was pretty good. Such a shame as the evening could have been perfect! Never again.

Ordered kids pasta for 2 kids.... instead, 2 full size orders came out. We asked the waitress, and she confirmed it was full size; we also mentioned this is NOT what we asked for. Not only did we pay for adult meals, the kids didn't eat it all, making it a waste. (Hence reason for kids size). Ordered a bottle of wine.... but they brought out "tap" wine? We refused as this, and was only then informed the bottle we wanted was not available. Would have been nice to be asked first, before bringing us wine on "tap". Waitress... read more
