Battery Replacement Took my Civic in early in the morning thanks to a malfunctioning battery - they were able to get me penciled in way sooner than I anticipated. They drove me to work and had the problem pinpointed quickly - xxxxxxfor putting up with how difficult I am to reach while in my office. Very happy with the fix, car is working great again.
Quick and comfortable It's nice to come into the service department and know my car is going to be taken care of and the employees there always make time to talk or chat with each customer that comes in.
Oil change and tire rotation for my wife’s 2017 Ridgeline . I also had the alignment checked and I only waited about 45 minutes in the car was finished complete with a wash job as well, I’m very satisfied
Nice people, great waiting area, slow service The staff are all nice and the waiting area is inviting. Be prepared to wait for two hours for a simple oil change. Yes I could go elsewhere, however I bought my vehicle here and I like the consistency of bringing it back for routine maintenance in case of a warranty claim.
Difficult car trouble to diagnose I had taken my old Honda Accord to my local dealer 3 separate times for a recurring engine problem that would come and go, and they didn't fix it properly. I was concerned there might be a large (expensive) repair needed. The team at John Hinderer really worked together, did research, and kept me in the loop, and fixed the issue completely.
I Love JHH! This is the 6th vehicle we have purchased from John Hinderer Honda. I feel that they give a “no nonsense” approach to buying or leasing. Melissa has always made our experience great! She is incredibly knowledgeable! In the past at other dealers it is at least a full day process. This past purchase took a little over 2 hours from walking in the door to driving away! Friendly and efficient The staff is friendly with a wonderful waiting area that is conducive to cleaning up emails or just watching TV or reading a magazine. The service is great and they keep you informed of upcoming maintenance.
