Battery Replacement Took my Civic in early in the morning thanks to a malfunctioning battery - they were able to get me penciled in way sooner than I anticipated. Difficult car trouble to diagnose I had taken my old Honda Accord to my local dealer 3 separate times for a recurring engine problem that would come and go, and they didn't fix it properly. I was concerned there might be a large (expensive) repair needed. The team at John Hinderer really worked together, did research, and kept me in the loop, and fixed the issue completely.
Quick and comfortable It's nice to come into the service department and know my car is going to be taken care of and the employees there always make time to talk or chat with each customer that comes in.
Oil change and tire rotation for my wife’s 2017 Ridgeline . I also had the alignment checked and I only waited about 45 minutes in the car was finished complete with a wash job as well, I’m very satisfied

Exceptional experience I have drove a Honda for over 20 yrs. This was my first experience with John Hinderer. Got the blue I wanted. Ended up with the blue hatch back. It was nice to move stuff from old car to new car in the garage instead of the rain.
