Great car service This was the first time that I had service on my car on a Sunday. It was great got there as they opened and did not have to wait long at all. A great experience.
Excellent Express Service Took my car in for a simple oil change and tire rotation. Jacob went the extra mile and told me mu Accord had an open recall and took care of that also. I highly recommended John Hinderer Honda service department to everyone.

Addressed all my concerns and questions. Staff fully addressed my questions regarding items on the 30,000 service list and my questions regarding tire wear patterns. Had me in and out in 2 hrs. And the waiting area is very nice, lots of sitting room, wide range of refreshments, internet service, clean rest room. It was a very good experience. This was probably my 6 or 7th visit. New Honda Pilot Previously purchased a Honda Pilot from John Hinderer in 2014 have been very pleased with all services at this location. Was looking for a new 2019 Pilot and John Hinderer was the 1st place I though off because of past experience. Looking to work with them in the future.
Great experience I arrived even before they were officially open. They took my CR-V in immediately, did the work and finished in way less time than I expected. Overall, it could not have been better.
Quick, easy, friendly experience for trading in my junk van I called this dealership to just sell my junk van. They offered a fair price and even drove out to me to take it off my hands. They were fast, easy to work with and very friendly. I would recommend using them to anyone I knew.
Worth the Drive I’ve been working with John Hinderer for nearly a decade. When I moved to Columbus I attempted getting my CR-V serviced at a dealership closer to home, but now make the trip to JHH every time. The sales team stuck with us. We came in with one idea of buying a used car and leasing another. Our minds changed several times of what we wanted to do. Ryan listened and gave us ideas that made more sense for our situation. Ryan and Eric made the process very smooth. They got us the car my wife wanted from another dealership and remedied the issues I had with the car they had on the lot for me.
