Pleasant Very friendly took little longer than I wanted they were busy with all the deals going on at the time I purchased my Civic. They also was trying to get me a better rate so that's probably what took so long I'm happy!!!
Car repair from getting clipped by a deer Staff did a great job with repairs...Were courteous and helpful when I had questions...Called me back promptly upon getting answers to when my vehicle would be ready for pickup...I'm happy with service and work provided...
3 times to get my DigiShield applied correctly I had to go as far as calling the company that makes the digishield (Digicut Susyems) and speak to James Greenly and Jeff Wolfe before I could get the dealership to listen to me. I just wanted what I paid for done correctly. It is still not perfect but is acceptable. Jarrod told me it was applied correctly. Nellie was very professional and in my opinion a true asset to your company. Joe was very understanding and was able to take care of the issue.
Disappointed When I booked my last service the person who set my appointment failed to tell me it would take 5 hours to complete the work. It was set for 2:00 PM on a Saturday and the service department closes at 5:00 PM. I come from out of town so finding this out when I arrived was quite inconvenient. Typically your service is exceptional.
