Joe was above and beyond, he made my first mortgage application seamless. I had a million questions that I texted him on weekends and late at night, he would always respond quickly. He explained everything in thorough detail so I knew exactly what to expect. Joe was personable and a joy to work with. I would only choose guarantee rate again if I had Joe.

Joe and his team closed our loan in 3 days!!! (really 2 because they got our documents late). This is my 3rd purchase and Joe and his team are by far the best lender I ever worked with! Excluding closing our loan fast, Joe answered our questions (call or text) almost immediately and with detail. He is knowledgeable, efficient, personable and professional.
