Joe is extremeky knowledgeable and walked me through the Mortgage Process. There were many issues with the seller and title which took 5 months to finally consummate thr deal. Joe was there every step of the way to navigate the process. He us also very personable abd articulate. He will do my next purchase for sue. Aaesone company he wirks fot as well

Strongly recommend Joseph Thomas Hickey. He did an excellent job and no Nonsense.. I have refinanced my home three times in the past. Always So stressful And confusing. I felt like agents I’ve dealt with in the past didn’t tell me the whole story left things out or maybe just out and out miss lead me so I was really not looking forward to going through that all again. Joe was awesome extremely quick on responding back to any questions that were asked and very knowledgeable in all loans including VA. Very fast to close on a refinance would highly recommend and would use again!

He receives and responds to every single text message right away, takes the time to explain everything and make sure you understand. Offers ways to help. Joe and Guaranteed Rate is completely digital which simplifies many, many things. He is always on the ball and I always knew I could count on him. Can't ask for more than that. I have a personal friend who is also a broker and offered to help. There was no comparison to the support, attention and information delivered by Joe compared to the friend. that is how good he is.
